In this Marketing Automation Manager role, you will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team responsible for managing our CRM database (HubSpot) and all email communications to drive conversion and customer engagement.

What you'll do

  • Manage HubSpot database, implement data hygiene processes, and maintain positive email health
  • Own, assess, and document approaches to lead scoring, contact segmentation, and personalization
  • Create and maintain relevant HubSpot and ZoomInfo workflows
  • Build, write, maintain, and optimize all email communications, including lead nurture series, customer campaigns, newsletters, and product updates
  • Drive overall email strategy, consistently evaluate and re-evaluate to ensure it is evolving with the needs of the business
  • Establish email and database KPIs, set up appropriate tagging/tracking, monitor performance, implement regular A/B tests, and make data-driven optimization recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on company-wide initiatives to drive qualified leads and customer engagement

Who you are

  • 3 years of relevant automation/lifecycle marketing experience
  • HubSpot experience is required
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
  • Experience owning and implementing an A/B testing strategy preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Analytical, data-driven
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Adaptable team player
