If you want to help power the paperless revolution, join us at Stavvy!  In this Demand Generation Marketing Manager role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, responsible for building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.  You are a strategic visionary for demand generation and can create differentiation of the Stavvy brand.  You possess a deep understanding of what makes an effective marketing campaign, how to message it across the marketing mix, and which integrated activities will drive results. 

What you'll do

  • Own, develop, and execute against a demand generation strategy that aligns with corporate goals and go-to-market strategy to grow pipeline
  • Execute pipeline-generating campaigns and programs across inbound and outbound channels (email, website, paid search, paid social, advertising, memberships, sponsorships, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Develop clear and measurable goals, report on progress, and optimize regularly
  • Manage a budget, provide MQL forecasting against planned spend to executive leadership
  • Define and execute against an ABM strategy that targets priority accounts
  • Work with cross-functional marketing team to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reporting, summarize results, and communicate to leadership
  • Partner with Sales to align on go-to-market strategy, goals, and key lead generation programs and campaigns and deliver results 

Who you are

  • Prior experience building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • B2B tech experience building campaign strategy and executing on marketing mix (webinars, podcasts, events, email, social, PPC, etc.)
  • Ability to build a creative marketing plan, execute on the plan, and forecast results
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing and the tools and platforms associated with it
  • Reporting and measurement capability (both qualitative and quantitative) to illustrate marketing performance and impact on the business
  • Experience with PPC, display, and paid social advertising as part of a comprehensive marketing campaign
  • Experience with marketing automation software - HubSpot highly preferred
  • Comfortable managing vendors and agencies to minimize spend while maximizing results
  • Ability to have a highly collaborative relationship with the Revenue Operations and the Sales teams
