In this FP&A Analyst role, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play a vital role in maintaining and building the company’s annual budgeting process. You will be an integral part of the Finance organization, responsible for reviewing and communicating Stavvy’s financial performance, including key areas such as Recurring Revenue, Operating Expenses, and financial statements.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development of Stavvy's Annual Operating Plan process
- Serve as a financial planning and analysis business partner to various functional areas, enhancing decision-making
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to improve compensation and non-compensation expense planning
- Work closely with Business Operations to enhance cARR reporting capabilities, along with other operational and financial metrics for Stavvy
- Establish a reporting structure and cadence to keep leadership informed about business performance and operational risks
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in delivering precise and comprehensive financial analysis within a dynamic environment
- Expertise in interpreting and utilizing financial statements for informed decision-making
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven experience leveraging data to forecast trends and manage risk effectively
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical prowess, and forward-thinking orientation
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting concepts to diverse audiences
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Consulting, or Fintech is plus
