In this Sales Operations Specialist role, you will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations  team and cross-functional partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance functions. You will be responsible for maintaining HubSpot, our CRM, and ensuring our related sales processes are fitting the business needs.

What you'll do

  • Work with revenue organization to create and track initiatives to help drive the business (territory development, enablement, and operations)
  • Partner directly with members of the revenue organization to ensure processes are fulfilled to drive accountability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency 
  • Track, analyze and share across the organization key business metrics by generating appropriate HubSpot reports to support revenue performance management
  • Provide general forecasting support and help develop operating cadence around accurate forecasting
  • Analyze metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, top of the funnel conversion performance, and insights for growth planning and strategy
  • Manage our Deal Desk; working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure all necessary information is captured and reported
  • Manage requests and tasks related to optimizing and adapting HubSpot (the CRM) and relevant processes to maximize efficiencies

Who you are

  • 1+ years of sales, marketing, or revenue operations experience
  • HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience required (HubSpot preferred). Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc) a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker with a passion for making data-driven decisions
  • Proactive communicator; comfortable speaking and working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Adept at prioritizing multiple competing projects and tasks in an efficient manner
  • Motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and proactively take on new challenges
