As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our Marketing team, ensuring the alignment of internal strategies with external results.

What you'll do

  • Executing revenue-focused demand generation campaigns while ensuring alignment between marketing, revenue operations, and sales teams
  • Ensuring seamless and on-budget execution of industry events while supporting and measuring strategic outcomes
  • Executing webinars aligned with demand generation strategies
  • Tracking marketing expenditures in line with the annual budget
  • Measuring the ROI on marketing spend and campaigns, and adjusting/enhancing campaigns based on results and lessons learned
  • Assisting in the execution and ideation of creative content and maintaining marketing assets, including collaboration with agencies and freelancers
  • Coordinating, conducting, and documenting marketing team meetings to foster information sharing and alignment between marketing and revenue operations teams
  • Maintaining reporting and analytics for demand generation campaigns
  • Assisting with competitive intelligence gathering, with a focus on competitors' demand generation campaigns
  • Partnering with the Website Manager on SEO and Paid Search efforts and providing insightful reporting to the organization
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Brand stakeholders on large-scale, ad-hoc projects and campaigns
  • Maintaining a comprehensive Stavvy marketing and communications calendar with input from all team members and agencies.

Who you are

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or other graphic design software
  • Familiarity with data discovery, analytics, and reporting; previous use of tools like HubSpot Reporting and Tableau is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
